The player assumes the role of a well-equipped cleaner tasked with eliminating trash and debris from highways. To accomplish this goal, players steer a vehicle along a winding asphalt path where litter has accumulated.

Gameplay involves navigating the cleaner vehicle along the highway while selecting and throwing trash and debris into a designated dumpster located on the side of the road.
