In Endless Ninja, players take on the role of a stealthy ninja tasked with navigating a series of procedurally generated levels filled with obstacles and enemies. The objective is to reach the exit, but in doing so, players must avoid detection by patrolling guards and security systems.

The core mechanic of the game revolves around movement and stealth. Players must use the environment to their advantage, latching onto wall ledges, and make use of shadows to remain undetected. The player's agility and quick reflexes are put to the test as they dodge obstacles and sneak past enemies in a fast-paced and challenging experience.
