Archers.io takes place in a real-time arena where players compete against each other as archers with the goal of being the last one standing. Players control their avatars from a top-down perspective, moving around the screen using the mouse or keyboard to navigate the battlefield.

The core mechanic revolves around shooting arrows at opponents, either by clicking the left mouse button or holding down the fire key to fire rapidly. The player must strategically manage their ammunition, as the game continues indefinitely until one player remains. Each match starts with a small group of players scattered across the arena, and the objective is simple: eliminate the competition.

Gameplay takes place entirely within the web browser without the need for downloads or registration. The battle takes place at the designated squares of the maze, where players will fight for survival, with the winner being the last archer left on the map.
